This initiative is a transformative platform for leaders from various backgrounds, ages, abilities, and genders, enabling them to refine their leadership skills and create a meaningful impact within their communities. During my session, I had the privilege of sharing insights on karmic management—a concept that focuses on building social capital through genuine connections and trustworthiness, or being “ridgy didge.”
I shared that karmic management emphasises building relationships based on trust and authenticity, fostering an environment of mutual respect and support. This foundation is essential for personal and professional growth.
Servant leadership focuses on leading with empathy and prioritizing others’ needs, creating a collaborative and thriving environment. Embracing minimalism, adaptability, and a growth mindset is crucial for entrepreneurial success, helping leaders navigate challenges and seize opportunities with resilience and innovation.
Reflecting on this experience, I am grateful for the opportunity to contribute. The enthusiasm of the participants was inspiring, and I look forward to their continued growth and success.
